Chocolate – the enemy to all…

Dark Chocolate is a friend to us diabetics. The darker the better. Cocoa is rich in flavanoids which is a natural compound found in plant based foods. Flavanoids increase insulin sensitivity which is what we want. Obviously too much chocolate is not good for anyone, but a piece a day of the right kind can help toward improved internal efficiency.
