I love hiking.
We moved to Yosemite National Park on a Wednesday from Virginia Lakes. We kept going south on US-395 until we hit Tioga Road. We’d been warned about pulling a trailer up to Tioga Pass by a few people at our Blue Lakes campsites. We figured we’ve pulled it over quite a few steep passes already we’d be fine. We were fine pulling it up the road, but we did stop half-way to give the car a bit of a rest. The view from where we stopped was really great so we didn’t really care that we needed to sit and wait for a bit because we had a nice view all around us. The Tioga Pass was one of the highest we’ve been on at 9,500 feet in elevation. The highest was in Wyoming heading to Grand Tetons National Park.
